Job summary
EnableComp in Franklin, TN invites a Director of Client Success to oversee and grow relationships across the client lifecycle, from onboarding through renewal, aligning client expectations with EnableComp capabilities. You will supervise client success activities for designated accounts, collaborate with IT, product, and sales leadership, and present ROI through regular reports and strategic plans.
A strong communicator with 7–10 years in healthcare revenue cycle tech, CRM fluency, and travel
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales/Marketing or related field.
- 7–10 years account management experience in healthcare technology, hospital revenue cycle.
- Experience with claims billing and IT/EDI systems preferred.
- Experience with CRM software (Salesforce.com).
Responsibilities
- Manage and grow client relationships across lifecycle from sales to renewal.
- Oversee client success activities for designated accounts.
- Collaborate with leadership to ensure timely delivery and ROI messaging.
- Develop agendas, meeting summaries, and client deliverables.
- Monitor KPIs, surveys, and retention goals; identify cross-sell opportunities.
- Travel up to 30% as needed.
