Job summary

EnableComp LLC is seeking a Director, Client Success to manage and grow relationships with healthcare clients, aligning service delivery with client goals and EnableComp capabilities. You will lead cross-functional teams, drive retention, and expand revenue while delivering proactive, data-driven insights.

The role requires 7–10 years in healthcare revenue cycle management account management, strong communication, and a track record of influencing senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent experience in business, sales or related field.
• 7–10 years of account management experience in healthcare technology.
• Experience with claims billing and IT/EDI systems preferred.
• Proficient with CRM software and MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow client relationships through EnableComp operations and sales leadership.
• Oversee client success activities for designated accounts and ensure satisfaction.
• Communicate with leadership to align client expectations with capabilities and deliverables.
• Prepare and present monthly/quarterly performance reports detailing ROI and metrics.
• Identify cross-sell opportunities and collaborate with internal teams to maximize revenue.
