Job summary

Dentsu is seeking a Senior Manager, Client Solutions & Planning to drive day‑to‑day account operations and strategic initiatives. You will translate business objectives into actionable plans, coordinating with clients and cross‑functional teams to ensure timely, high‑quality delivery across all workstreams.

The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and excels at balancing strategic thinking with meticulous execution.

Qualifications

4+ years of account management, client services, or integrated marketing experience.
Strong project management and organizational skills with attention to detail.
Experience in performance media and digital advertising; knowledge of paid search is a plus.
Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills; ability to coordinate across teams.

Responsibilities

Serve as day-to-day client partner, ensuring priorities are represented across teams.
Lead project management across account initiatives, timelines, and deliverables.
Develop client-facing materials with strong storytelling and visuals.
Manage meeting prep, agendas, and stakeholder alignment for productive discussions.
Maintain and improve account processes, documentation, and tracking systems.
Oversee day-to-day financial activities including invoicing and budget tracking.
Support strategic client planning and cross-functional coordination.
