Job summary

You will partner with engineering, sales and leadership to design and implement buyback programs, ensure on-time delivery, build trusted client relationships, and drive growth through operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years leading client success, operations, or delivery, with at least 5 years in circular electronics.
• Proven track record of driving customer satisfaction and business growth in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong strategic thinking, problem solving and organizational skills focused on operational excellence.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to influence diverse stakeholders.
• Experience managing budgets, forecasts, and KPI-driven reporting.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients, engineering and operations to design solutions aligned with objectives.
• Develop and execute implementation tactics with clear deliverables and success criteria.
• Coordinate cross-functionally to resolve technical and operational challenges and ensure satisfaction.
• Support sales by vetting strategic, technical and economic needs of new projects.
• Design training programs to support program growth and operational excellence.
• Work with leadership to align implementations with company goals.
