PharMerica, part of BrightSpring Health Services, seeks an Account Manager of Client Services focused on Skilled Nursing and Long-Term Care Pharmacy. This non-retail role covers Wisconsin and requires travel to support healthcare facilities with strategic client management.

The ideal candidate will 3–5 years in client management in a healthcare setting, strong communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Three to five years of client management or customer service experience.
• Experience in healthcare or B2B settings is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Builds strong partnerships with clients for long-term success and growth.
• Manages all aspects of client relationships and is the primary point of contact.
• Leads contract renewal processes and coordinates with PharMerica stakeholders.
• Owns client issue escalation and resolution processes with internal partners.
• Manages client data and communications in the CRM system.
• Provides reporting and training materials to facilitate compliance and performance.
