Job summary

HUB SCG Specialty Captive Group seeks a Captive Advisor to support Senior Client Executives and the Business Development team, managing a portfolio of captive clients and ensuring superior service delivery. You will prepare client deliverables, coordinate with actuaries, auditors, and TPAs, and contribute to growth opportunities.

You will work closely with leadership and analysts, with travel as needed, and leverage your knowledge of risk financing strategies to optimize client outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a related field or business-focused program.
• 2+ years of experience in Property & Casualty insurance or related field.
• Property & Casualty Producer's License or willingness to obtain one.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint) and Adobe.
• Ability to learn new systems, including AI tools such as Claude.

Responsibilities

• Own the client and broker relationship for an assigned portfolio of captive clients; serve as the first point of contact and ensure timely deliverables.
• Coordinate with Financial Analysts on financial statement review timelines to ensure accuracy and deadlines.
• Develop and manage project data-request lists and verify information for completeness and compliance.
• Tailor services to each client's needs and expectations.
• Collaborate with Senior Client Executives and brokers to build knowledge and opportunities.
