Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Client Service Associate for our Commercial Bank in Plano, TX.

You will act as the primary contact for an assigned client portfolio and coordinate with Service Operations, Sales partners, and Bankers across the globe to resolve issues and deliver elevated service. You will engage with senior client contacts to research and resolve issues, build lasting relationships, and drive client satisfaction through proactive relationship management.

Qualifications

• Data Analytics and Change Management experience.
• Ability to influence others without direct supervision.
• Ability to provide quantifiable management reporting and present findings.
• Project management and execution experience.
• Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal, presentation and negotiating skills.
• Strategic thinking with adaptability to change.

• 3+ years of client-facing work experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead assigned book of clients autonomously by delivering solutions and upholding JPMorgan Chase standards.
• Develop long-term client relationships.
• Proactively identify service improvements and solicit client input to drive satisfaction.
• Conduct annual relationship reviews to identify fraud exposure and mitigate risk.
• Discuss client trends with internal partners to customize solutions.
• Participate in deal team meetings as new products are added.
• Influence internal partners to recommend products based on client behavior.
• Learn and understand current and upcoming technologies to support client consultations.
• Identify opportunities for digital self-service tools with high success.
• Solicit feedback on products and services to adapt to evolving banking landscape.
