Job summary

CliftonLarsonAllen is seeking a Client Relationship Leader for its CAAS practice in the Appleton, WI area. You will expand existing client relationships and develop new opportunities while working with the Managing Principal and Outsourcing Client Service Team to drive service offerings.

This role requires a client-services orientation, a drive for business development, and the ability to gain the confidence of senior executives.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of work experience including Big Four Audit Manager or similar public accounting role.
• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business, or related field.
• CPA certification is preferred but not required.
• Client services orientation and ability to participate in business development initiatives.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with senior executives and team members.

Responsibilities

• Expand existing client relationships and build a network for new opportunities.
• Collaborate with Managing Principal and Outsourcing Client Service Team to drive business and offerings.
• Identify opportunities, solve problems, and close business at targeted accounts.
• Implement a sales strategy for new prospects and attend local/regional networking events representing CLA.
• Project manage engagements to meet client needs and ensure successful delivery.
• Maintain business development targets and CRM activity.
