Job summary

JPMorganChase in Tempe, AZ seeks a Client Service Associate within Commercial Bank to manage relationships, resolve client requests, and partner with Service Operations, Sales, and Bankers globally.

You will act as primary contact for an assigned portfolio, communicating via Zoom, email, and phone to deliver high-level service and trusted advisory support, in line with JP Morgan Chase standards.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead assigned book of clients and deliver solutions while upholding corporate standards.
