AE2S seeks a Client Program Leader to strengthen client partnerships and expand our regional presence across Iowa. You will lead relationships with cities, towns, and districts, align AE2S resources, and guide high-quality project delivery for water, wastewater, and related infrastructure.

Ideal candidates bring 8+ years of leadership in engineering consulting, strong communication, and a track record of strategic growth in public infrastructure programs, with willingness to travel across Iowa

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
• 8+ years of leadership experience in engineering.
• Experience in consulting, utility management, public works, special district leadership, or public infrastructure programs.
• Background in water supply, storage, treatment, and distribution; wastewater; stormwater; or related areas.
• Ability to travel within Iowa for client meetings, project discussions, conferences, and industry engagement.
• All applicants must be able to complete pre-employment onboarding requirements.

Responsabilités

• Own and strengthen client relationships across Iowa.
• Drive strategic growth, market awareness, and long‑term partnerships.
• Lead business development and pursuit planning for AE2S service offerings.
• Collaborate with operations, practice leaders, and technical experts to align services with client needs.
• Represent AE2S at conferences, associations, and industry events in Iowa.
• Support project delivery through engagement with clients and teams.
