Job summary

You will collaborate with global project teams, operational leaders, and client stakeholders to ensure consistent delivery, governance, and continuous performance improvement. This role emphasizes strong coordination across departments and regions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in sciences or related field preferred.
• 7 years of clinical or research industry experience, including 5 years project management experience.
• Experience with project budgets, performance metrics, KPIs, and SLAs.
• Knowledge of global clinical project operations and Master Service Agreement requirements.
• Familiarity with ICH E6 Good Clinical Practice guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Build close working relationships with global project teams and stakeholders to ensure study delivery.
• Develop client governance structures and schedules to communicate portfolio health, risks and actions.
• Lead client meetings, audits, and capabilities presentations as needed.
• Review budgets, KPIs, and CDSAs with internal teams to drive improvements.
• Define client-specific standards and coordinate related training.
• Track SLAs and drive process improvements to completion.
• Develop clear communication plans for internal and client meetings.
• Support technical reviews and proposal development, promoting best practices.
