Job summary

IQVIA Laboratories in Marietta, Georgia seeks a Senior Client Operations Manager to lead and strengthen strategic client relationships and oversee project delivery across the lifecycle, coordinating with global project teams, operational leaders, and client stakeholders.

You will establish governance structures, track KPIs and SLAs, drive improvement actions, and support proposals and technical reviews, while ensuring high-quality study delivery in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree in sciences or a related field.
• 7 years of clinical or research industry experience, including 5 years project management experience.
• Experience with project budgets, performance metrics, KPIs, and SLAs.
• Knowledge of global clinical project operations, client governance practices, and Master Service Agreement requirements.
• Familiarity with study delivery in accordance with ICH E6 Good Clinical Practice.
• Other equivalent combination of education, training, and experience may be accepted in lieu of a degree.

Responsibilities

• Establish close working relationships with global project teams, Business Development, operational teams, and appropriate CRO counterparts to support consistent study delivery.
• Develop client governance structures and meeting schedules to communicate portfolio health, progress, risks, priorities, and actions.
• Participate in client operational committees, bid defense meetings, capabilities presentations, audits, and other client meetings as needed.
• Review lessons learned, best practices, client requirements, budgets, KPIs, MSAs, customer survey results, and improvement actions with internal stakeholders.
• Define and communicate client-specific standards, coordinate training, and manage changes to client requirements.
• Track performance metrics and SLAs while driving process improvements and corrective actions through completion.
• Develop clear communication plans and facilitate internal meetings, client calls, and portfolio reviews.
• Support technical reviews and proposal development while promoting best practices and process improvements across IQVIA Laboratories.
