Job summary

Marsh McLennan Agency is seeking an Employee Health & Benefits Account Executive to lead strategic client relationships in MMA East’s Conshohocken region. You will set multi-year consulting direction and drive retention and growth while coordinating cross‑functional teams to deliver tailored benefit solutions.

The role requires 8–10 years in health and employee benefits consulting, a Life and Health license, and demonstrated C‑suite level negotiation and strategic planning experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 8–10 years in Employee Health & Benefits consulting or related.
• C‑suite level negotiation, strategic planning, and relationship management.
• Active Life and Health License required.
• Designations such as CEBS, GBA, RHU preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own the overall strategic relationship and outcomes for an assigned book of business.
• Serve as the primary executive contact for client decision-makers.
• Set multi-year consulting strategy in partnership with the client.
• Lead renewal strategy, vendor negotiations, and stewardship presentations.
• Direct the day-to-day client service team to ensure high-quality delivery.
• Develop and execute account plans to drive retention and growth.
