Job summary

Propellic, an AI-first digital marketing agency for travel brands, seeks an Account Manager to own cross-channel storytelling and drive client North Star metrics. You will advocate for clients while supporting the PMO to keep accounts profitable and deliver quick wins within engagements.

You will leverage AI and data-driven insights to craft strategic narratives, lead QBRs, and expand relationships with a focus on measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in client service or account management, ideally with a media buying or agency background.
• Ability to grow and expand accounts to drive revenue.
• Able to connect marketing work to business outcomes and discuss revenue/goals.
• Proactive, collaborative, and comfortable with tough conversations.
• Experience using AI and automation for client insight and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for your accounts.
• Tie initiatives to the client’s North Star metric and lead quarterly business reviews.
• Monitor relationship health and flag at-risk accounts with recovery plans.
• Identify and close upsell, cross-sell, and scope expansion opportunities.
• Partner with PMO on scoping, delivery, and margin management.
• Leverage AI/automation to generate insights and maintain strategic time.
