Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent required; college degree strongly desired.
• At least 2 years of experience in Payroll, HR or equivalent work experience.
• Self-driven, ambitious professional with a track record of meeting/exceeding quotas.
• Ability to persuade and negotiate.
• Strong active listening to uncover client needs and objectives.
• Strong written and oral communication skills to present Paylocity effectively.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Ability to prioritize and work independently.
• Proficiency with MS Office apps (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Prospect and qualify current clients for Paylocity’s HCM solutions.
• Present Paylocity products and services to meet client needs; conduct webinars and present proposals.
• Follow up throughout the sales process; handle objections and coordinate with Sales Managers.
• Close ancillary business to meet/exceed sales quotas and maintain activity standards.
• Develop and maintain a robust pipeline to ensure revenue targets are met.
• Set client expectations and maintain CRM records.
• Other duties as assigned.
