Job summary

Atlantic Community Bankers Bank (ACBB) is looking for a Client Relationship Advisor to manage and expand relationships within our Mid-Atlantic client portfolio. You will serve as a trusted advisor to community banks, identifying opportunities to broaden product usage and deliver outstanding client experiences.

The role requires regular travel across the territory for onsite meetings, relationship reviews, and industry events.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in relationship management, sales, business development, or related financial services role.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or related field; equivalent combinations may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Develop trusted client partnerships and identify growth opportunities within the portfolio.
• Prepare proposals, presentations, and materials to support business development.
• Manage and grow an assigned portfolio, expanding ACBB products and services.
• Conduct relationship reviews and ensure exceptional client service and retention.
• Collaborate with onboarding and internal teams to ensure smooth implementations.
