Job summary

FirstService Residential in Fort Myers Beach, FL seeks a seasoned Client Financial Business Partner to liaison between the property management team, GSS, and the client and to oversee field knowledge, performance, and delivery of client accounting services within a designated territory.

This role drives retention, oversees annual budgets, collaborates on special assessments from concept to billing, and ensures timely financial reporting and stakeholder communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, economics, or statistics required; master’s degree and/or CPA preferred.
• Proven senior accountant/financial analyst experience.
• Proficient with spreadsheets, databases, and financial software.
• 10+ years in accounting/financial reporting with GAAP knowledge.
• Excellent reporting, presentation, and communication skills.
• Month-end close experience in a large multi-entity organization; bank reconciliations and BS schedules.

Responsibilities

• Oversee client accounting services across designated territory.
• Prepare special assessments from concept to billing.
• Oversee annual property budgets and financial reporting.
• Present financials to clients and boards; explain variances and key drivers.
• Provide financial education and action plans to improve client financial condition.
• Coordinate with external auditors for client audits.
