Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years in account management or service delivery in the professional services industry.
• 8+ years combined account management and strategic procurement for seniority.
• Experience building proposals and pricing sheets for services for enterprises.
• Change management expertise spanning multiple business areas.
• Proven results in complex matrix environments.
• Ability to influence without direct authority.
• Strong communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
• Leadership of professional sourcing, operational procurement, and nearshore/offshore remote staff.
• Advanced Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute client strategies, resourcing, and delivery of strategic sourcing and procurement programs.
• Lead resources, including global sourcing teams, on-site and off-site delivery, to swift and measurable results for the client.
• Develop required solutions and provide guidance, expertise, and coaching when required.
• Maintain the account’s P&L and ensure services are delivered according to schedule with KPI and SLA reporting.
