Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in supply chain or related field; MBA a plus.
• Minimum 2 years in IT sourcing roles across software licensing, SaaS, datacenter, hardware, telecom.
• Proven sourcing and negotiation experience with major IT suppliers.
• Ability to draft and negotiate master SW license, SOWs, SLAs with limited legal support.
• Ability to structure contracts with multiple schedules and attachments.
• Proven ability to identify savings and cost-reduction opportunities in IT contracts.
• Excellent oral and written communication and ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Ability to quickly learn new concepts including business models and pricing structures.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing Planning: analyze spend, contracts, and costs to identify opportunities.
• Lead end-to-end IT sourcing initiatives (HW, SW, SaaS, network) to target savings.
• Manage supplier relationships and ensure high ethics in engagements.
• Collaborate with client stakeholders; maintain engagement and drive satisfaction.
• Negotiate terms, drive compliance with client policies, and support multi-category sourcing.
