Acrisure, a global fintech leader, is seeking a high-performing Client Advisor to drive new business, deepen client relationships, and expand Acrisure's footprint. The role blends data-driven consulting with human connection and AI tooling to deliver exceptional client outcomes.

Your work will combine strategic growth with disciplined sales Cadences, CRM-enabled outreach, and collaboration across sales and marketing to maximize revenue. Office presence is expected.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in a client facing, client advising, or business development role; insurance industry preferred.
• Active Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health insurance license required
• Must have maintained an active insurance license for at least 1 year

Responsibilities

• Achieve annual objectives by building a qualified pipeline and meeting revenue targets.
• Develop strategic growth plans using data-driven insights and AI-powered tools.
• Collaborate with service teams and marketing to deliver proposals and maximize revenue.
• Follow structured sales cadences for consistent pipeline progression and forecasting.
• Stay ahead of market trends and share insights to refine offerings and revenue strategies.
