Qualifications

• 3+ years in a client-facing or business development role, insurance industry preferred.
• Active Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health license required; keep active for at least 1 year.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth by building a qualified pipeline and meeting quota.
• Develop strategic growth plans leveraging data-driven insights and AI-powered tools.
• Partner with service teams to deliver proposals and tailored solutions across lines of business.
• Build deep client relationships and provide consultative, holistic solutions.
