Black & Veatch, a 100% ESOP-owned engineering firm, seeks a Client Advisory Partner for Electric & Gas Utilities in Northern California. You will develop long-term, profitable relationships with Tier 1 and 2 accounts, and guide cross-functional teams to win strategic opportunities.

In this role, you will lead client engagement from opportunity creation to capture, coordinate with regional leaders, and drive a go-to-market strategy that strengthens client loyalty and market position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred, with technical or business focus.
• Sales and BD acumen required to break into new accounts.
• Experience using Salesforce is preferred.
• B2B sales experience is essential.

Responsabilités

• Lead IA client engagement activities from opportunity creation to business capture.
• Generate and qualify business leads in the region.
• Co-develop client strategy with CAM, segmentation and GTM.
• Co-develop marketing strategy with Strategic Growth.
• Accountable for client satisfaction and profit/loss in the region.
• Monitor industry trends to ensure competitive positioning.
• Provide regional account strategy and oversight.
• Identify strategic, target and opportunistic accounts for the region.
• Lead and guide Strategic Account Team.
