Job summary

Deloitte France is seeking an autonomous Client Account Manager in the Government and Public Services sector. You’ll work with senior leaders on some of our most important accounts, helping our teams build relationships, win projects and deliver work.

As a Specialist, Client Account Management on the Client Excellence team, you will coordinate financial analysis, reporting and internal account activities to support performance and delivery excellence while guiding cross-functional operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• 4+ years of experience in account management or consulting.
• 4+ years of experience in project management.
• 2+ years managing multiple concurrent tasks and priorities.
• 2+ years using Microsoft Office applications, including PowerPoint and Excel.
• Willing to travel 10%.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate financial analysis, reporting, opportunity tracking, and internal account reporting.
• Support account strategy execution, leadership meetings, relationship assessment activities, and client programs.
• Develop, tailor, and coordinate account materials, content, and events for account leaders, pursuits, proposals, and client strategy.
• Manage cross-functional account operations including risk, procurement, contracts, onboarding/offboarding, and team communications.
• Analyze market, client, and competitive intelligence for improvements.
