Job summary

Rehmann is seeking an Accounting Manager for its CAAS team in Michigan. You will partner with business owners and leadership to transform financial information into strategic decisions that drive growth and long‑term success.

You will lead engagements from planning to completion, oversee reporting and month-end close, support budgeting and KPI development, and mentor staff while expanding client relationships and contributing to firm growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• CPA preferred.
• 8+ years of accounting, advisory, consulting, or outsourced accounting experience.
• Experience managing client relationships and leading engagements.

Responsibilities

• Lead client accounting and advisory engagements from planning through completion.
• Oversee financial reporting, month-end close processes, reconciliations, and financial statement preparation.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, cash flow planning, and KPI development.
• Coach and develop team members while maintaining high-quality client service.
• Contribute to business development and client relationship growth.
