Job summary

Rehmann seeks a Client Accounting Manager to lead client accounting functions across multiple offices and supervise detailed work papers. You will develop proactive solutions and build strong relationships with clients and internal teams to drive growth.

You will mentor associates, identify opportunities to introduce specialists, and contribute to client success by delivering accurate financial insights and innovative processes. CPA preferred; 5+ years of experience valued.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of accounting and consulting experience.
• CPA or other related certifications preferred.
• Outstanding client service and communication skills.
• Familiarity with accounting technology solutions and software.
• Ability to mentor associates and lead teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement innovative solutions for clients' financial and business needs.
• Prepare, supervise and review detailed accounting functions and work papers.
• Build relationships internally to foster teamwork and collaboration.
