Job summary

Rehmann is seeking an Accounting Manager on our CAAS team to partner with business leaders and transform financial data into strategic insights that drive growth and efficiency.

You will lead client engagements from planning to completion, oversee month-end close, budgeting, forecasting, and KPI development, and mentor a team while ensuring high-quality service.

CPA preferred; 8+ years of accounting/advisory experience; strong leadership and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• CPA preferred.
• 8+ years of accounting, advisory, consulting, or outsourced accounting experience.
• Experience managing client relationships and leading engagements.

Responsibilities

• Lead client accounting and advisory engagements from planning through completion.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to business owners and executive leadership.
• Oversee financial reporting, month-end close processes, reconciliations, and financial statement preparation.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, cash flow planning, and KPI development.
• Identify process improvement and technology optimization opportunities.
• Coach and develop team members while maintaining high-quality client service.
• Manage engagement budgets, timelines, and profitability.
