Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting required.
• Active CPA license required.
• 5+ years of public accounting experience.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and work with initiative.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Master's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple audit engagements with quality delivery.
• Communicate engagement status and deliverables with partners, staff and clients.
• Participate in business development and client growth initiatives.
• Mentor, coach and develop audit staff to build a high-performing team.
