Vaya Partners is seeking a Claims System Manager in Albemarle, NC with a remote option. You will lead a team of systems analysts, oversee BRDs, vendor contracts, and ticket resolution, and ensure timely delivery of projects aligned with organizational goals.

Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in management, with experience in claims processing systems and cross-functional collaboration. The role emphasizes governance, stakeholder communication, and compliance with NC Medicaid

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems Management, Health Information Management, or closely related field.
• Minimum five years in a management/supervisory role.
• Experience with claims processing systems and related software.

Responsabilités

• Directs and oversees the Claims Systems Analyst Supervisors and staff.
• Oversees BRDs, vendor contracts, and service desk ticket resolution.
• Ensures timely project status updates to stakeholders.
• Manages vendor relationships and escalations.
• Drives strategic roadmaps for the claims management system.
