Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 4-6 years of property and casualty claims experience or related.
• Military background or knowledge of Military housing and multifamily real estate preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure timely FNOL reporting according to policy, broker, and carrier requirements.
• Monitor claim status, reserves, and outcomes; escalate complex/high-severity claims.
• Provide guidance on reporting procedures and documentation requirements.
• Support RMIS data entry, invoicing, and certificate of insurance administration.
