Responsibilities

• Case management of litigated claims including high-exposure cases.
• Develop and oversee litigation strategies and budgets with outside counsel.
• Act as liaison with employees, counsel, management and vendors.
• Provide staff and vendor oversight, training, and relationship management.
• Investigate claims, evaluate damages, and negotiate settlements when appropriate.
• Identify process improvements and maintain records retention for compliance.
• Other duties as assigned.
