Job summary

KBR is seeking a Civilian Personnel Analyst to support Headquarters STARCOM at Patrick Space Force Base, Florida. The role focuses on civilian personnel programs, staffing actions, workforce management, and admin processes within a DoW-like structure.

Responsibilities include tracking hiring, reviewing position establishment, onboarding, performance timelines, and coordination with AFPC; the position supports STARCOM leadership with hiring actions and career development initiatives in a highly

Qualifications

• Active TS//SCI clearance required; Secret clearance may be considered.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Management, Public Administration or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3–8 years of experience in civilian personnel, human resources, workforce management or admin programs.
• Familiarity with AcqDemo and civilian personnel systems, staffing processes, or performance management."
• Experience supporting HQ-level organizations or senior leadership staffs.

Responsibilities

• Track and coordinate civilian hiring, recruitment, and personnel actions.
• Assist with position establishment, reviews, and updates to personnel documentation.
• Coordinate onboarding activities, security verifications, and workforce management actions.
• Monitor civilian performance appraisal timelines and award submissions.
• Support training and transition activities related to civilian personnel systems and processes.
• Coordinate with AFPC on career field programs, staffing actions, and workforce development initiatives.
• Assist with career field roadshows, recruitment events, interview scheduling, and onboarding support.
• Prepare briefings, spreadsheets, reports, and other administrative products for leadership.
