Job summary

KBR is seeking a Civil & Infrastructure Engineer to support HQ STARCOM at Patrick Space Force Base, Florida. The role involves civil engineering program management, facilities planning, and coordination across infrastructure projects to support space operations and basing initiatives.

You will work with government stakeholders, develop documentation and schedules, and help manage MILCON and FSRM programs while ensuring security and SCIF compliance.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance required.
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 3–8 years of civil/ infrastructure planning experience.
• Experience providing analysis, recommendations, and program management support.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in an SCIF.

Responsibilities

• Support facility planning, lease actions, and infrastructure projects.
• Assist with MILCON and Facility Sustainment, Restoration, and Modernization (FSRM) programs.
• Support strategic basing and unit beddown activities.
• Develop project documentation, schedules, briefings, and recommendations.
• Coordinate with Government stakeholders, installation partners, and mission organizations.
• Assist with meetings, working groups, action item tracking, and executive-level communications.
