Job summary

KBR is seeking a Civilian Personnel Analyst to support Headquarters Space Training and Readiness Command (STARCOM) at Patrick Space Force Base, Florida. The role emphasizes civilian personnel programs, staffing actions, workforce management, and personnel administration within a DoW environment.

You will assist with hiring actions, civilian workforce processes, career development, performance management, onboarding, and coordination with AFPC.

Qualifications

• Active TS//SCI clearance is required; Secret may be considered for U.S. citizens.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, Management, Public Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3–8 years of experience in civilian personnel, HR, workforce management, or administrative programs.
• Familiarity with AcqDemo and civilian personnel systems, staffing, performance management, or workforce development.

Responsibilities

• Track and coordinate civilian hiring, recruitment, and personnel actions.
• Assist with position establishment, reviews, and updates to personnel documentation.
• Coordinate onboarding activities, security verifications, and workforce management actions.
• Monitor performance appraisal timelines and award submissions.
• Support civilian personnel systems training and transition activities.
• Coordinate with AFPC on career field programs and staffing actions.
• Assist with career field roadshows, recruitment events, interview scheduling, and onboarding support.
• Prepare briefings, spreadsheets, and leadership reports.
