Job summary

KBR, Inc. is seeking a Civil & Infrastructure Engineer to support HQ STARCOM at Patrick Space Force Base in Florida.

The role focuses on civil engineering program management, analysis, and coordination across infrastructure and facility initiatives for STARCOM and related Deltas. The candidate will work on facility planning, MILCON, FSRM programs, and strategic basing, with responsibilities including documentation, schedules, and communications with government stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• 3-8 years of relevant civil engineering, facilities, infrastructure, construction, or installation planning experience.
• Active TS/SCI clearance required; U.S. citizen.

Responsibilities

• Support facility planning, lease actions, and infrastructure projects.
• Assist with MILCON and FSRM programs.
• Support strategic basing and unit beddown activities.
• Develop project documentation, schedules, briefings, and recommendations.
• Coordinate with Government stakeholders, installation partners, and mission organizations.
• Assist with meetings, working groups, action item tracking, and executive communications.
