The role reports to the executive leadership team and focuses on data-driven decisions, risk mitigation, and team leadership in a fast-paced civil engineering environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in SCM, Business Admin, or related field.
• 810 years of procurement experience with at least 5 years in a leadership role in the engineering or construction industry.
• Proven track record in strategic sourcing, vendor negotiations, and managing complex contracts.
• Proficiency in procurement software and ERP systems.
• Certifications such as CPM or CPSM are highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive procurement strategy aligned with company goals.
• Identify, evaluate, and build relationships with vendors and suppliers.
• Lead negotiations for contracts with favorable terms and compliance.
• Use data analytics to monitor trends, performance metrics, and inventory.
• Identify supply chain risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Collaborate with project management, finance and engineering teams.
• Build and mentor a high-performing procurement team.
