Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in SCM, Business Admin, or related field.
• 810 years of procurement experience with at least 5 years in a leadership role in the engineering or construction industry.
• Proven track record in strategic sourcing, vendor negotiations, and managing complex contracts.
• Proficiency in procurement software and ERP systems.
• Certifications such as CPM or CPSM are highly desirable.

Role Summary

The Director of Procurement will lead the procurement strategy for Nebulon Dynamics Limited, ensuring the acquisition of high-quality materials and services at competitive prices. Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Procurement Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive procurement strategy aligned with company goals, ensuring efficiency and cost-effectiveness in all purchasing activities.

• Contract Negotiation: Lead negotiations for contracts, ensuring favorable terms and compliance with industry standards and legal requirements.

• Risk Management: Identify supply chain risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure continuity in project execution.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field (Masters preferred).
• Minimum of 810 years of procurement experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within the engineering or construction industry.
• Strong understanding of global supply chain trends and regulatory requirements in civil engineering and construction.
• Proven track record in strategic sourcing, vendor negotiations, and managing complex contracts.
• Proficiency in procurement software and ERP systems.
• Professional certifications such as CPM (Certified Purchasing Manager), CPSM (Certified Professional in Supply Management), or equivalent are highly desirable.
