Responsibilities

• Serves as Chief Administrative and Executive Officer of the City and reports to City Council.
• Provides executive leadership for city operations and strategic direction.
• Develops and administers annual operating and capital budgets.
• Advises City Council on financial and organizational matters.
• Oversees major initiatives, contracts, and intergovernmental relations.
