A leading security consultancy in Tampa is seeking a Cybersecurity Executive to lead the security strategy and governance efforts. In this role, you'll oversee cybersecurity program management, establish compliance with regulatory standards, and build partnerships across business units. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in cybersecurity and proven ability to lead teams. Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years’ progressive experience in cybersecurity or information security.
• 3+ years leading InfoSec or cyber teams in regulated industries.
• Experience with cloud security (AWS, Azure), identity access management.

Responsabilités

• Develop and maintain the enterprise security roadmap aligned with business strategy.
• Oversee the Security Operations Center including threat monitoring.
• Prepare executive-level reporting on security posture for leadership.
