Job summary

Cyberjobs is seeking a Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) to oversee the Information Security program at TCW, reporting to the Head of Engineering Solutions. The role blends hands-on security operations with strategic program development and risk management across cloud and applications.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in information security with 7+ years in senior leadership, strong knowledge of security controls, and the ability to communicate effectively with business and technology

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
• 10+ years in information security with 7+ years in a senior leadership role.
• Deep knowledge of vulnerability management, incident response, and endpoint protection.
• Familiarity with NIST CSF, ISO 27001, SOC 2 Type II, etc.
• Strong communication, leadership and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead information security function and develop security processes and platform strategies.
• Plan and execute the company's information security strategy and risk management.
• Oversee day-to-day monitoring of security controls and cloud/app security programs.
• Coordinate incident response as Incident Commander and lead investigations.
• Automate security operations to improve detection and response capabilities.
• Mentor staff and monitor threat landscape to advise on actions.
