Job summary

The TCW Group, Inc. is seeking a Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) to lead the Information Security team and drive the company’s security strategy.

The CISO will oversee daily operations, advance the security program, and ensure robust controls across cloud and applications while partnering with business and technology leaders. This hands-on role requires deep security practitioner experience, strong leadership, and the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Minimum of ten years in information security with at least seven in a senior leadership role.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the Information Security team.
• Develop, implement, and maintain the information security program.
• Serve as a member of the incident response team and act as Incident Commander when needed.
• Monitor security controls and improve security strategies.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to onboard solutions with proper controls.
• Drive remediation and reporting of vulnerabilities.
