Job summary

Qualifications

• BS/BA in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, or similar degree is required.
• Master’s degree Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, or similar degrees or certifications is preferred.
• At least 10 years of experience in leading, planning, customer service support, and maintaining technology innovation and an IT department at a medium or large size firm required.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute Cobalt Credit Union's technology strategy.
• Drive innovation that delivers value to the credit union and its members.
• Ensure alignment of technology vision with business strategy and foster a culture of innovation.
• Serve as the process owner of all activities related to information security.
• Coach, manage, and develop IT staff.
