Our Chief Information Officer (CIO) is responsible for defining and executing Cobalt Credit Union's technology strategy, driving innovation that delivers value to the credit union and its members. The CIO ensures alignment of the technology vision with business strategy and fosters a culture of innovation across the organization. This position serves as the process owner of all activities related to information security, ensuring the availability, integrity, and confidentiality of member, business partner, employee, and business information through a comprehensive, enterprise-wide information security management program. The CIO also plays an integral role in coaching, managing, and developing IT staff.
