Polsinelli PC seeks a Chief Information Officer to partner with executive leadership, shaping technology strategy, ensuring performance, security, and modernization across the firm. The role leads enterprise IT, cloud migrations, and platform optimization, reporting to the COO.

The CIO will drive governance, KPI development, budget discipline, and vendor management while enabling excellent client service and business resilience.

Formación

• Leadership and accountability across IT leadership roles.
• Experience with organizational change management in a distributed professional services environment.
• Ability to establish KPIs, governance, and reporting across IT functions.

• Shape and execute multi-year technology strategy and roadmap with KPIs and governance.
• Lead enterprise technology initiatives including cloud migrations and platform modernization.
• Assess and mature information security program with policies and incident response readiness.
