BPM LLP seeks a strategic Chief Information Officer to shape technology for growth, drive innovation, and modernize systems. You will partner with firm leadership to create an IT strategy and build a secure, scalable environment that supports client service and growth.

The ideal candidate is a people-centered technology leader who enhances colleague experience and enables professionals to work smarter and collaborate more effectively through innovative technology solutions.

Formación

• 10+ years of progressive IT leadership experience with growth.
• Public Accounting or professional services experience preferred.
• Track record as a change agent implementing new technologies.
• Ability to translate business needs into IT solutions.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as an internal change agent to drive business process enhancements and innovation.
• Provide Executive IT leadership to a customer-oriented team delivering business value.
• Share knowledge and best practices with Senior Management and IT Stakeholders.
• Collaborate with firm leaders to align business strategy with technology.
• Set strategy for IT infrastructure and software capabilities for current and future needs.
• Lead supervisors managing vendors, security, and internal client support.
• Oversee and develop the overall IT budget.
• Monitor regulatory compliance for IT infrastructure in a professional services environment.
• Analyze business needs and prioritize technology enhancements.
• Foster relationships with local/global communities and support ESG initiatives.
