Job summary

Ford Office Technologies, a leading regional provider of copier, printer, and MFP technology, seeks a strategic CIO to lead IT vision and execution across the organization. You will align technology with business goals and drive digital transformation, cybersecurity, and data analytics.

You will manage IT budgets, vendor relationships, and build a high-performing IT leadership team, while ensuring system reliability, regulatory compliance, and scalable solutions across PA and surrounding states.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field; MBA or master’s degree preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive IT leadership experience, including at least 5 years in a senior executive role.
• Proven experience leading enterprise-wide technology strategy.

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Chief Information Officer (CIO) to lead our technology vision across the organization.

The CIO is a senior executive responsible for the overall planning, organizing, and execution of all IT functions within the organization. This includes directing all IT operations to meet customer requirements, supporting and maintaining existing applications, and developing new technical solutions. The CIO will also play a key role in aligning technology strategies with the organization’s long‑term goals.

Requirements
