Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or related field; MBA or master’s degree preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive IT leadership experience, including at least 5 years in a senior executive role.
• Proven experience leading enterprise-wide technology strategy.
• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, applications, data governance, cybersecurity, and cloud technologies.
• Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Ability to align technology initiatives with business strategy.
• Experience managing large teams and complex budgets.

• Develop and implement comprehensive IT strategy to support business growth and operational efficiency.
• Lead company-wide digital transformation initiatives.
