Competenze

• Bachelor's degree and 6–7 years of related experience, or equivalent.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and strategic thinking.
• Experience with Six Sigma, Lean, Kaizen, and CI frameworks.

• Manages multiple medium to large scale, complex projects from initiation through completion with status and risk oversight.
• Leads Lean, Six Sigma and other process-improvement initiatives to reduce costs, improve quality, and productivity.
