• Proven ability to lead.
• Willingness to travel ~30% with possible overnights.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships for the regional sales team.
• Build relationships with advisors, brokers, consultants, and church admins to open opportunities.
• Develop and execute annual marketing plans to grow sales and distribution.
• Identify needs of key decision makers and tailor solutions.
• Deliver presentations to financial professionals and industry leaders.
• Leverage technology to raise brand awareness across the region.
• Collaborate with Guidestone reps to showcase full capabilities.
