Job summary

FuturePlan, part of Ascensus, seeks a Business Development Consultant in Dallas, TX to build and expand strategic relationships with financial professionals, including advisors, consultants, plan sponsors, and institutional partners.

You will work closely with an external Regional Vice President to implement territory strategy, uncover opportunities, manage the pipeline, and deliver tailored retirement solutions while upholding data security and company values.

Qualifications

• Experience building relationships with financial professionals.
• Strong ability to manage a sales territory and drive growth.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with advisors, consultants, plan sponsors, and institutional partners.
• Partner with the RVP to execute territory strategy and drive new and existing business growth.
• Proactively uncover new opportunities, manage pipeline, and advance prospects through the lifecycle.
