Job summary

Mount Hebron Missionary Baptist Church is seeking an Executive Administrator to provide strategic and operational leadership for the church’s administrative and operational functions in Garland, TX. The role bridges vision and execution, partnering with the Senior Pastor and Executive Leadership to align ministry goals with practical systems, staffing and governance.

You will translate strategy into actionable goals, oversee planning processes, and monitor performance with KPI reporting,

Qualifications

• This position requires a minimum of a bachelor’s degree in business administration, Christian leadership, nonprofit management or related field.
• 7-10 years of leadership experience in operations, administration, or executive management.
• Masters’ degree (MBA, MDIV, or equivalent) strongly preferred.
• Experience in nonprofit, church, or mission-driven organizations preferred.
• A solid grasp of data analysis and performance metrics.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Senior Pastor and Executive Leadership to implement Church’s vision, mission and strategic initiatives.
• Oversee development, implementation, and execution of a five-year strategic plan.
• Lead annual strategic planning sessions and communicate plan across the church.
• Translate ministry goals into operational plans and measurable outcomes.
• Develop and monitor KPI tracking and prepare reports and forecasts.
• Lead Marketing & Communications and Operations to align with goals.
• Manage departments, resources and staff for smooth church operations.
• Provide project management support for major ministry initiatives.
• Support budget development and financial stewardship.
